Truck Smashes Into Robbie’s Barber Shop in Snellville

SNELLVILLE, Ga. - A pickup truck slammed into the front of a Gwinnet County barber shop on Monday moing.

The crash happened at Robbie’s Barber Shop on Oak Road in Snellville. A man driving the truck told firefighters he accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brake.

The truck jumped the curb and came to rest with the truck's front bumper and tires inside the barber shop -- smashing a front window, according to Channel 2’s Manuel Bojorquez.

Firefighters said the building remained structurally sound, and no one was hurt in the crash.
