Things to do in Atlanta for St. Patrick's Day
St. Patrick's Day is almost upon us, which means there will be tons of celebrations across the nation to mark the celebration.
But there's also plenty of fun to be had right here in Metro Atlanta this weekend, including the city's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. But aside from the parade, here are other things to do around the city to get your Irish on:
Atlanta's St. Patrick's Parade:

Luckyfest at Park Tave:
- Join Park Tave for its annual Luckyfest featuring good food, lots of beer and tons of fun! Starts at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 12. This event is 21+ and ticktes are $18. No children or pets allowed. Click here for more details.
Shamrock the (Atlantic) Station:
- Central Park in Midtown's Atlantic Station will be tuing green all day Saturday from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. Enjoy live music, free activities and more! Visit the event site for more details.
St. Patrick's Day at Fado Irish Pub:
- Atlanta's biggest outdoor St. Patrick's Day block party kicks of Saturday at noon! Six bars on Buckhead Avenue will host thousands of people and feature Irish dancing, live music and more. Event is 21+ after 2 p.m. Click here for more.
Virginia Highland Kegs and Eggs:
- Enjoy themed beverages at four bars across the Virginia Highlands from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Ticket prices: $15. More info here.
Shamrockin' for a Cure:
- Dance, eat and be merry on Saturday March 12 from 7 p.m. to midnight, all while rockin' for a cure for cystic fibrosis. Click here to buy tickets.
