Seth Gilliam from the hit TV series The Walking Dead was arrested early on Sunday moing while driving in Georgia.

The 46-year-old actor was taken in for speeding, a DUI and being in possession of marijuana, according to a Monday report from TMZ.

The star was going 107 mph when pulled over in Peachtree City by police officers.

Gilliam was reportedly released on a $9,818 bond.

Police noticed he smelled of alcohol after pulling him over for speeding. He admitted to having consumed three beers and taking a shot of some type of alcohol.

He was tested and his blood alcohol level was .107.

The site, which looked at the police report, revealed the arresting officer also discovered a joint in a cigarette box.

The box was found in the car's arm rest.

Seth played a police officer on The Wire. He has also starred in Courage Under Fire (1996), Starship Troopers (1997) and Did You Hear About The Morgans? (2009).

His latest film Police State - in which he plays Officer Grady opposite Sean Young and Neal Bledsoe - is in post production.

His arrest comes just two days after Chad L. Coleman - who worked with Seth on The Wire and The Walking Dead - ranted on a New York subway.
