A Forsyth County pre-school teacher is a million dollars richer. Judy Pelham won the top prize in the Georgia Lottery "Black" game.

The 65-year-old says she had luck with the game in the past, but couldn't resist screaming when she scratched off the ticket and realized she'd won.
