Suspects in Armored Car Robberies Caught
Gwinnett County Police say they arrested Stacey Lamont Dooley (L) and Quinton Lamar Booker (R) Wednesday, March 30, in connection with a series of ATM and armored car robberies.

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Gwinnett County Police say they have arrested two men in connection with a series of ATM and armored car robberies in the Metro area.

Police say they arrested Stacey Lamont Dooley and Quinton Lamar Booker Wednesday after leading a long investigation, with the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the DeKalb County Police Department.

Dooley and Booker are suspects in a series of ATM and armored car robberies dating back to the fall of 2010. The latest happened March 15 when an armored car guard was killed at a Toco Hills Kroger.

Dooley has been charged with three counts of Armed Robbery for the three robberies in Gwinnett. He is also charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery. Booker is also charged with three counts of Armed Robbery for the three robberies in Gwinnett, say police.

The possibility of additional charges against the two men and other suspects is under investigation. Charges in the homicide will be investigated by Dekalb Police.
