Suspected Gang Member Arrested
The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office says a suspected gang member has been arrested.
Authorities arrested 21-year old Joseph Groom at a residence in Stone Mountain Thursday.
Police say at the time of the arrest a handgun was discovered in a bedroom closet.
Officials say Groom faces a long list of charges including aggravated assault and violating the Georgia Street Gang Act.
Groom is alleged to be a member of the street gang "Young N Thugg N."
