Sources: Andrea Sneiderman indicted in husband Rusty Sneiderman's death
GA Daily News cameras were there as deputies took Andrea Sneiderman into custody in Putnam County on Thursday moing.
Andrea Sneiderman is the widow of Rusty Sneiderman who was gunned down on the moing of November 18, 2010, in the Dunwoody Prep parking lot after dropping his son off for pre-school.

Channel 2's Jodie Flesicher confirmed through sources in the DeKalb County courthouse that Sneiderman has been indicted in her husband's death. The charges included murder, attempted murder, racketeering, insurance fraud, two counts of perjury and two counts of making false statements.

The DeKalb County District Attoey Robert James announced a news conference for later in the afteoon.
Fleischer spoke with J. Tom Morgan and John Petrey, attoeys for Sneiderman. She asked if they had any comment on Sneiderman being taken into custody. The men said they had no comment and they "had not even seen an indictment."

A jury convicted Hemy Neuman for the murder in March of this year. Neuman was Andrea Sneiderman's supervisor at GE Energy, and the pair frequently traveled together. At Neuman's trial, both prosecutors and defense attoeys alleged an affair, however Andrea Sneiderman emphatically denied it.
During Neuman's trial, District Attoey Robert James referred to Neuman as a 'co-conspirator' with Andrea Sneiderman. He told jurors she manipulated him into pulling the trigger.
In an interview following Neuman's trial, prosecutor Don Geary told Channel 2 investigative reporter Jodie Fleischer, that he doubted the widow's story.
"We told her straight to her face, you're lying we know you're lying she'd look at us deadpan and that was her story and she's sticking to it," said Geary in March.
Andrea Sneiderman's attoey, John Petrey, has denied any involvement on her part.
"She's been called a co-conspirator. She's been called a murderer. She's been called a devil woman and that is not Andrea Sniederman at all," said Petrey last month.
