Shooting at Underground Atlanta kills Man
Investigators searched for clues in a fatal shooting at Underground Atlanta on December 11, 2012.

A shooting at a local tourist attraction has left one man dead. Police say what started as an argument led to gunfire at Underground Atlanta.

It happened around 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday. Detectives say a man in his early 20's got into an argument with other people below street level in the area known as Kenny's Alley.

When officers arrived they found the man shot at least once in the chest. He was rushed to Grady hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.

"We are processing the scene and actively looking and canvassing the area for anybody who may have information or who may have seen the incident," said Major Paul Guerrucci of the Atlanta Police Department.

Police are trying to get their hands on any surveillance video, and hope someone comes forward with information about the shooter.

Authorities have not released the name of the victim. Anyone with information on the shooting is urged to call Atlanta police at 404-614-6544.
