THE View’s Sherri Shepherd could be heading for a nasty custody battle — over her unbo surrogate baby.

The TV host’s husband Lamar Sally filed for divorce on May 2 after nearly three years of marriage.

But Us Weekly reports Shepherd and Sally are expecting a baby together through a surrogate and Sally is filing for full custody of the unbo child.

He is reportedly asking for spousal support from his ex and looking to limit her to visitation rights.

Shepherd, 47, and Sally tied the knot in August 2011 at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago, and revealed two years ago that they were looking for a surrogate.

They don’t have any children together.
