Sandy Springs Woman Adina Parson speaks first words since being shot 8 times
Adina Parson was shot eight times -- three times in the head -- outside her Sandy Springs apartment.

A Sandy Springs attoey shot outside her apartment has spoken her first word since the shooting.

Adina Parson said "hello" to her mother and friends during a visit Tuesday at Shepherd Center.

Parson was moved to the center after spending two weeks in critical condition at Grady Memorial Hospital.

Police say she was shot eight times -- three times in the head -- by her husband, Michael Parson, outside her Sandy Springs apartment.

Parson is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
