Sandy Springs police seize $1M worth of drugs

- Police seized more than $1 million worth of drugs during a traffic stop in Sandy Springs.

The drug bust happened after a Sandy Springs police officer pulled over a vehicle on the north end of town a couple of weeks ago. 

"After making contact with the driver and the passenger of the car and the ensuing investigation, the officer discovered that the trunk had a little more than diapers and cold drinks in it," police said on Facebook.

Police shared several pictures on Facebook Wednesday moing.
