What do the 'T's in \"Colbert Report\" and the crowd listening to Herman Cain have in common? They're both silent. At today's Rock Me Like a Herman-Cain rally in South Carolina, Colbert encouraged the crowd of four thousand plus to vote for Herman Cain, shortly before Herman Cain came onstage to tell everyone, um, not to vote for him? \"I don't want you to waste your vote,\" he said, halfway through an anemic stump speech that included a reheated version of his \"I endorse the people\" bit and -- bizarrely -- singing \"Believe in Yourself (Dorothy)\" from the musical \"The Wiz\". After hearing Cain speak, we're not sure who to believe anymore.
