Restaurant owner hands lesbian couple letter slamming homosexuality
Ariel and Shawnee McPhail get letter saying God condemns homosexuality from restaurant owner

Ariel and Shawnee McPhail, a married couple in New Be, N.C., had just finished a meal at the Stingray Cafe when restaurant manager Ed McGove handed them a handwritten note explaining God's opposition to homosexuality.

The lesbian couple says the owner of The Stingray Café gave them this note, condemning homosexuality.

The letter reportedly asked the couple to "See how [homosexuality] hurt[s] everyone around you. And ask the Lord to open your eye[s] before [it’s too] late." McGove confirmed that he gave the couple the note, saying he took offense when he saw the two kissing outside his restaurant, which the McPhails deny. Even if they had, though, Shawnee said, "What married couple would you go to and say, 'How dare you … You cannot kiss in public; therefore, you deserve my judgment.'" [Source]
