Police Search for Missing 4-Month-Old in Doraville, Georgia
Police in Doraville, Georgia, are searching for a 4-month-old baby who was allegedly taken by his father on Tuesday.
Officers responded around 10 a.m. Tuesday to a reported domestic dispute at the Doraville Plaza on Buford Highway. When police arrived, the infant’s mother told them that the child’s father had taken him without her consent.
Authorities attempted to arrest the father, 18-year-old Antonio Cordova, but he fled the scene in a vehicle with the infant, identified as Josiah Rincon. Both are still being sought by police.
Cordova was last seen driving a purple Infiniti sedan with a temporary tag (P7032929). Officers say he has a history of family violence and aggravated stalking.
The missing child was last seen wearing a brown bear onesie, a beige long-sleeved shirt with animal designs, white pants, and a white hat.
Police have charged Cordova with kidnapping, battery, family violence, child cruelty, and interference with custody, and say he also has outstanding warrants.
