Polk County man Kenny Sparks arrested for child molestation
POLK COUNTY, Ga. - A man was booked into the Polk County Jail on accusations of child molestation and statutory rape.
Investigators responded when they were told of harassing phone calls between 55-year-old Kenny Allen Sparks and a family member of the victim.
Officers said the victim was a 6-year-old child and the incident happened between July and August.
Officials said there could be additional charges.
Calls to the Division of Family and Children Services were not immediately retued Friday afteoon.
