Police: Wrestler Tsvetomir Petrushev Not Victim of Hit-Run

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Gwinnett County police now say a 17-year-old high school wrestler found lying in a ditch on the side of the road was not the victim of a hit-and-run.

Tsvetomir Petrushev was discovered early Sunday moing on Williams Road in Norcross.

At first, police believed he had been hit by a car in an apparent hit-and-run.

But, police say his injuries are not consistent with being struck by a vehicle.

The teen is expected to fully recover.
