Police called as Alec Baldwin clashes with photographer
Alec Baldwin has clashed with a photographer while with his wife Hilaria in New York.
Photos of the scene appear to show the angry actor first waing off the male photographer then apparently manhandling him over the back of a car in New York on Tuesday moing.
Baldwin's wife Hilaria, who gave birth to the couple's daughter Carmen just last week, is seen holding up a waing finger.
The new mother, dressed in black and wearing dark sunglasses, looks distressed as she stands next to her husband.
The couple did not have their newbo daughter with them at the time of the incident.
Baldwin was also seen talking to police following the incident with the photographer, who is believed to be called Paul Adao.

Physical: The 30 Rock star grabs hold of Adao, who recoils when confronted; the actor's wife Hilaria can be seen behind as the altercation played out in the street
Fuming: Badlwin forcibly restrains Adao, who is apparently known to the couple
Not giving up: Alec and Hilaria's newbo daughter was not with them at the time of the incident
However after speaking to both the actor and the Adao the officers decided no charges should be made, according to website TMZ.
A source close to the star said the photographer was aggressive, pursuing Baldwin, and continuing to attempt to talk to Hilaria after the incident. He was previously known to the couple.
However the photographer, who was not employed by the website, told TMZ: 'All I can say is I was doing my job asking him normal questions and he flipped. That's all.'
Tackled: Baldwin pushes Adao face down over the hood of a parked car
Coered: Police were at the scene, but decided not to press charges according to reports
Confrontation: Hilaria and Baldwin welcomed a baby daughter, Carmen, last week
Baldwin, 55, has infamously previously been involved in altercations with both reporters and photographers, and admits he struggles to deal with the interest in his private life.
Earlier this year the 30 Rock star told Gothamist: ‘The one element of culpability I have is I did let it get to me, and I have been confrontational with them [the press].’
Back in February he allegedly told a reporter to 'choke to death' after she questioned him about a lawsuit involving his wife Hilaria's work as a yoga instructor.

The comments were recorded and passed to police.
During the altercation he is further said to have called photographer G.N. Miller, who is black, a racial epithet, a 'coon', 'a drug dealer', a 'crackhead' and made disparaging remarks about his mother, according to Miller's police statement.
Response: Baldwin talks to the NYPD following the incident; no charges are being brought
