Investigators in DeKalb County have arrested the man they say shot and killed a Lithonia teenager.

Police say they arrested Haenok Tesfaye late Thursday near Memorial Drive and I-285.

Detective says 16-year-old Frederick English was walking with friends along Heritage Walk Tuesday night when he was shot in the face.

Officers believe English and the suspect had a confrontation earlier in the night
