Norcross man Clifford Hogan shot, killed in front of pregnant fiancée during home invasion
Authorities say a father was shot and killed in front of his pregnant fiancée during a violent home invasion in Gwinnett County on Saturday.
Family members say two men broke down the door of Clifford Hogan's apartment at the Sinclair Apartments located on Park Colony Drive sometime after 3 a.m. Saturday. They believe robbery was the motive behind the deadly crime.
They say the two men demanded money from the couple as Hogan's 10-year-old daughter was in the next room. They say the two men were armed with assault-style rifles.
Gwinnett County Police are saying very little about the gruesome crime. They did say Hogan was rushed to the hospital after the incident where he later died. Police say they are actively pursuing leads on suspects.
