NICK Cannon has reportedly filed for divorce from Mariah Carey a week after hammering out the details of a settlement.

Cannon quietly filed papers on December 12, TMZ reports, six months after the showbiz couple separated.

The gossip site said the pair has agreed to the terms of a settlement deal, which apparently cuts Cannon out of a highly lucrative Las Vegas residency planned by Carey.

The diva is believed to have signed an “enormous” contract with the Colosseum at Caesars Palace — worth at least as much as Britney Spears’ $475,000-a-show deal — to replace Celine Dion until she retus later this year or in early 2016.

Cannon and Carey, who have been married since 2008, have a combined wealth estimated at more than $325 million, MailOnline reports.

They are parents to three-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan.
