- Police in Florida arrested a recently married husband and wife from Lilbu after allegedly carjacking, kidnapping, and raping a 27-year-old woman in Miami.

According to CBS WFOR-TV, the woman was leaving a Publix store when 32-year-old Rashada Hurley came up to her window and hit her in the head through the driver's side window as she was attempting to drive away.

When she came to, the victim said she was being choked and punched by Hurley while 37-year-old Timothy Lowe drove her car.

The victim told police the couple drove her to a Motel 6 and booked a hotel room with her credit card. Once inside the hotel room, the suspects violently raped the victim. The victim was able to escape the room and called police.

She eventually escaped the room and called police.

WFOR also reports that Lowe and Hurley took off in the woman's vehicle and were later apprehended after walking nude into two businesses.

Both Lowe and Hurley are facing charges of kidnapping, carjacking, grand theft and sexual battery.
