Murder Retrial Continues for Dunwoody Housewife Lona Scott
Lona Scott

Testimony will continue Thursday in the murder retrial of a Dunwoody housewife. Lona Scott, 47, is charged with killing her husband in 2008.

Scott’s first trial ended in a mistrial. She maintained that she shot her husband in self defense. In court on Wednesday, she described what she says happened the night her husband, Cliff Scott, died.

Prosecutors say Lona Scott killed her husband to gain control of his $5 million estate.
