Marietta man Troy Lann arrested on murder charges
MARIETTA, Ga – Authorities say a Marietta man accused of murder has been arrested in South Carolina.
Police say Troy Lann, 33, has been charged with murder in the shooting death of Shawn Moore, 30, which happened at the Cumberland Lodge in Smya on Nov. 27.
Cobb County police say they had been trying to find Lann since Nov. 29, but leaed he had fled the area. Lann was eventually located at his mother’s home in Chester County, SC.
He was taken into custody Friday moing and retued to Cobb County and booked into the local jail.
