The man charged in the shooting death of champion boxer Veon Forrest faces a judge for the first time. Twenty-year-old Demario Ware surrendered to authorities late Tuesday. He is charged with murder, aggravated assault and armed robbery.

Atlanta Police Department has issued a warrant for another than they believe is the shooter. Police are out on the street looking for the man.

Ware has been in trouble before, but he is now facing his stiffest charges to date. Wednesday moing, the judge read Ware a list of charges, including murder, for his alleged involvement in the robbery, murder of boxing champion Veon Forrest.

Authorities said they are looking for two other men.

Ware's family said they have received threatening phone calls. "I just got a phone call this moing say, 'don't go to a service station late at night," said Ware's grandmother Rose Thomas. "Me and his mother to just be aware and something else about shooting up my house."

Thomas expressed her condolences to the Veon Forrest family.
