Local kindergarten teacher Jennifer Robinson charged with child molestation
Deputies in Upson County said they have arrested a 47-year-old kindergarten teacher after she was accused of having a relationship with a 14-year-old boy.
Police report shows Jennifer Robinson was charged with 5 counts of child molestation and 5 counts of aggravated child molestation involving the teen.
Authorities say Robinson is a teacher at Upson South Elementary School and the victim is a student at Upson Middle School.
Upson County Sheriff Dan Kilore said the relationship was an ongoing relationship from July 1 to Feb. 21.
Robinson had her first court appearance Wednesday and is currently still in custody.
