Lawyer: Suspect in Dunwoody slaying Hemy Zvi Neuman is distraught
ATLANTA -- A lawyer for the man charged with murder in a November shooting death outside a Dunwoody preschool says that his client is distraught and worries about both families involved in the case.
Authorities charged 48-year-old Hemy Zvi Neuman with murder after the Nov. 18 shooting death of Russell Sneiderman, who was shot just after he dropped off his 2-year-old son at the preschool.
Attoey Bob Rubin tells WXIA-TV that Neuman, who is being held in the DeKalb County Jail, is very emotional and worried about his family as well as the Sneiderman family.
Neuman's lawyers also say they hope to be able to question the evidence in the case during a Feb. 8 court hearing in DeKalb County Magistrate Court.
