Kim Kardashian Feeling Pregnancy Strain while Kanye parties in Paris

Kim Kardashian is obviously down in the dumps about her baby daddy Kanye West being 5,600 miles away in Paris while she endures a painful pregnancy with their first child.

And today she stepped out wearing the shoes designed by her boyfriend that he gave the moniker Cruel Summer after his recent album.

So could Kim, 32, be trying to signal to us that she's expecting a Cruel Summer with the birth of her child coming up in July and Kanye still far away?

Not likely, but perhaps the choice of his shoes for Giuseppe Zanotti heels are a signal to the world that Kanye is very much on her mind, as well as on her feet and in her uterus.

Because friends of the reality star say she feels like a prisoner of her own contractual obligations which force her to remain in Los Angeles, and apparently New York, as she was there today with the family for a meeting at E!

Kanye, 32, is recording his new album in the City of Lights as there are absolutely no decent recording studios in L.A.
