Kennesaw man Christopher Johnson dies in car crash on I-75
Cobb County police are investigating a fatal crash on I-75 southbound in Marietta.
It happened late Saturday night near Windy hill Road.
Police say a Jeep was traveling south when it left the road and overtued.
The driver, identified as 27-year-old Christopher Johnson of Kennesaw, was killed in the crash. Police say he was not wearing a seat belt at the time.
The person riding in the front seat, identified as 27-year-old Dana Simone, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
