Justin Bieber has been cleared of a hit and run charge because there was ‘insufficient evidence’ against him.

The alleged incident involving a photographer happened outside a West Hollywood nightclub in June but , according to US gossip site TMZ, the judge said there is, ‘insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured.’

Bieber is said to have rammed a pap between his Ferrari and another parked car when the bright lights of their flashbulbs blinded him.

A hit and run report was then filed by the photographer and, after clearing Bieber at first, the Los Angeles Police Department then took a second look before transferring it to the DA.

Bieber’s antics have hit headlines numerous times in recent months.

Bieber has left fans waiting hours, attacked paparazzi, angered his neighbours with his fast cars – and this week his tour bus was stopped at the Canadian border in a drugs bust.
