ATLANTA - Georgia authorities are investigating the discovery of some loaded weapons they say were rigged to be fired through the inteet.

According to the Augusta Chronicle, a utility contractor found the six shotguns last fall in rural Georgia.

A bulletin from the Office of Homeland Security indicated the weapons were rigged to fire in an illegal hunting ground filled with wild hogs.

The newspaper said by the time officers got wind of the discovery the setup had been dismantled.
