Rap feud alert!

Rapper Iggy Azalea recently posted a series of tweets directed at Snoop Dogg.

This twitter rant was after the Snoop, apparently posted a rather unflattering picture on his Instagram account comparing the rapper from down under with a cruel meme, reported E Online.

Both starts have since deleted their respective posts, but no word on whether both of them have buried the hatchet.

In other news, Snoop (above), who is prolific on Twitter, has also been raising funds for an inner city football team, after making a US$5,000 (S$6,300) donation.

And Iggy Azalea has replaced her tweets with more celebratory ones.

Yes, she leads the way in this year's American Music Awards (AMA) with six nominations including one for Artist of the Year and Song of the Year.

Not bad for someone whose first album was only released in April 2014.

The full list of her nominations are:

Artist Of The Year

New Artist Of The Year

Single Of The Year

Favorite Female Artist – Pop/Rock

Favorite Artist – Rap/Hip-Hop

Favorite Album – Rap/Hip-Hop

Good luck, Iggy!
