Hiram Man Christian Ruiz Arrested in Sexual Assault
Police arrested a Hiram man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a woman.
The Paulding County Sheriff's Office says a 21-year-old woman told deputies that a man armed with a knife, sexually assaulted her in a minivan Monday evening.
Investigators say additional information from the victim led them quickly to 29-year-old Christian Ruiz.
He is being held without bond.
