A court hearing was held Friday in the Kathy Cox bankruptcy Case. Cox is the state school superintendent, and one critical issue of the case is her $1 million winnings on the FOX game show ?Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?? Cox promised the money to Georgia?s schools for the deaf and blind, but creditors are seeking the money to pay off her husband?s debt.
