Gwinnett man Eman Moss gets life in prison for starving, burning child
A Gwinnett County man charged in the murder of his 10-year-old daughter was sentenced to life without parole Friday moing.
In June, Eman Moss worked out a deal with prosecutors in order to avoid the death penalty. He agreed to plead guilty to felony murder and child cruelty in exchange for his testimony against his wife, Tiffany Moss, who still faces the death penalty if she’s convicted.
Police said two years ago they found the body of 10-year-old Emani Moss starved and bued in a trash can outside their Gwinnett County apartment complex.
