Groups Hope to End Anti-Immigration Program
Several groups called for an end to federal racial profiling and the anti-immigration program 287g Thursday.
The 287g program allows specially trained local police to help enforce immigration law.
Representatives from the ACLU, Georgia Latino Alliance for Human Rights, National Day Laborer Organizing Network and other groups attended.
The rally was held in front of the Cobb County Sheriff's Office on Roswell Street in Marietta.
