Authorities said the man, who arrived at the hospital on Feb. 5 at 1:57 p.m., was the victim of a hit-and-run accident at the intersection of Buford Highway and North Druid Hills Road.

The Hispanic male patient is described as 5-feet, 9-inches-tall, weighing 154 pounds.  The dark-haired man is believed to be in his mid 30’s. He did not have a moustache or goatee when he was admitted to the hospital, officials said.

Anyone with information on this matter is asked to call Grady Social Services at 404-616-5331.
