A wreck last week in North Georgia killed a Georgia Tech student and seriously injured two classmates.

21 year old Naren Raghuraman was killed at the scene when the vehicle he was riding in as a passenger left the roadway on a curve, struck an embankment and overtued.

The driver, Ratheesvar Mohan, 20, of Atlanta, and another passenger, Daniel Beard Hickman, 21, of Atlanta, were flown to Atlanta Medical Center for treatment.

All three were wearing seat belts at the time of the wreck, Wright said. Investigators do not believe alcohol was a factor.
