Former KSU employee Gerald Donaldson accused of defrauding state
A former Kennesaw State University employee is accused of taking part in a crime ring that defrauded the state of nearly $1 million.
Gerald Donaldson is the former executive director of Environmental Health and Safety at the university. He and five others are charged in connection with the case.
Donaldson has been charged with conspiracy to defraud the state. The charges the other five face are not known.
The KSU Police Department, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Georgia Attoey General's Office conducted the investigation.
