FBI needs help identifying serial jewelry robber

Federal investigators are working to identify a woman linked to multiple jewelry store robberies in several Southeaste states, including Georgia. 

The most recent robbery took place on Monday around 10:30 a.m. at a Jared Vault location in Mebrane, North Carolina. According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) a woman in her late 20s or early 30s entered the store, armed with a handgun, and forced two employees to a back room and zip-tied their hands. The suspect took various items from the display cases in the merchandise area and put them into a shopping bag before leaving the store. 

The woman is described as a white female, 5'8" and roughly 130 pounds. Authorities think she's behind similar-styled robberies at two stores last year in Georgia. The first one took place on April 29, 2015 at Jared Jewelry in Woodstock and the second on August 5 at Zale's Jewelry in Dawsonville.

The other related robberies happened in Sevierville, Tennessee (Oct. 16), Bluffton, South Carolina (Sept. 2) and Panama City Beach, Florida (Aug. 11). 

A second suspect, described as a black male in his late 30s or early 40s, was also seen on surveillance video during both Georgia robberies as well as the one in Panama City Beach. Investigators think he's 6-feet-tall and weighs about 250 pounds.
