FBI arrests suspect Michael Jerome Winfield accused of bank robberies
The FBI says they have arrested a man accused in a series of metro Atlanta armed bank robberies.
Michael Jerome Winfield, 46, was taken into custody on Tuesday moing. Last week, investigators issued an arrest warrant for Winfield in connection with the armed robbery of a Wells Fargo bank on Lavista Road in DeKalb County.
The FBI say Winfield is also wanted in several other counties.
