'Fan Lady' steals the limelight from Massachusetts Gov. Patrick during winter storm press conference
These days it seems no national emergency can take place without a breakout star emerging and during Massachusetts Goveor Deval Patrick's presser on Thursday evening, that star was 'Fan Lady.' Standing behind Patrick, was a lady who proceeded to fan herself throughout the entire press conference and who distracted many viewers almost to the point of hypnosis.
