Ex-Zaxby’s Employee Erika Tiggs Accused In Armed Robbery

FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga. - A former Zaxby’s employee is accused of participating in an armed robbery at the Zaxby’s restaurant in Fayetteville, police said.

Erika Tiggs was arrested in connection with the August 2007 armed robbery.

Investigators said two perpetrators entered the restaurant on Georgia Highway 85, ordered employees into a cooler and stole $2,000 from the business.

Police said DNA from the crime scene matched that of Tiggs.

Tiggs was taken into custody without incident on Thursday moing.
