EAST POINT, Ga. - Council members in East Point are expected to respond Thursday over accusations of wrongdoing surrounding the city's finances.

During her state of the city address last week, East Point's Mayor Eestine Pittman called for the firing of the city manager, and questioned the expense account spending of city council members.

Six East Point council members will address the issue during a press conference that's scheduled at 4:30 p.m.
