Earlin Turner Arrested in Fatal BP Gas Station Shooting
Police arrested Earlin Turner in connection with a fatal Ellenwood gas station shooting.

The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting at an Ellenwood BP Station on Monday.

Authorities say 52-year-old Earlin Tuer was taken into custody Thursday at an apartment on Lake Park Drive after he was spotted by fugitive squad members.

He's accused of killing Damodar Pathak, who was working inside the BP station Monday night.

Police say Tuer's alleged accomplice also tued himself into police this week, but was cleared of any criminal activity.
