Duluth police arrest woman Veronica Baptiste accused of murdering her husband Ihsan Grant
Duluth police arrested a woman on murder charges Saturday.
Veronica Baptiste, 33, is accused of killing her husband, Ihsan Grant, 37, at an apartment complex off Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth.
Police say they responded to a stabbing at the apartment around 4 a.m. Saturday. When they arrived, they found Grant wounded. He was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
Police charged Baptiste with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and felony murder.
