Duluth Police arrested a couple in connection with a shootout at a massage parlor in duluth last month.

Investigators said Jonathan and Jessica MacMillan shot at officers as they fled from robbing The Tong Tong China Massage parlor located on peachtree industrial boulevard
 
Jonathan MacMillan was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, four counts of armed robbery, weapon possession and fleeing police. He is being held at the Gwinnett County Jail, with a hold from another agency.

MacMillan’s wife is being held at the Cobb County Jail on a destructive device hoax charge.
