Matthew Yandow

Cherokee County deputies believe they've tracked down the man behind as many as seven home burglaries in the Springwater Place subdivision.

Detectives searched 20-year-old Matthew Yandow’s home and found cash, pills, jewelry, and even a gun, all believed to be stolen from those homes.

Investigators told reporters that a tip helped lead them to Yandow.

He currently faces one burglary count, but deputies say they will likely file more.
