DeKalb Prosecutors to Handle Dunwoody Shooting Probe

DECATUR, Ga. -- DeKalb County prosecutors are taking over the investigation into a Georgia man who was shot and killed outside a suburban preschool minutes after he dropped off his 2-year-old son.

DeKalb County District Attoey Robert James said Thursday police are tuing the case of Russell Sneiderman's death over to prosecutors. He said it's a typical process, and that Dunwoody authorities are still involved in the investigation.

Hemy Zvi Neuman, 48, is charged with murder in the Nov. 18 shooting death of Sneiderman. Neuman was the supervisor of Sneiderman's wife, Andrea, in GE Energy's quality and engineering department.

James said "we take all murders seriously. And we're going to do our best to investigate this case in such a way that justice is brought about."
