A man allegedly parked his vehicle in the fire lane of a store and left his 3-year-old child in the car while shopping.

The incident, which occurred on Dec. 31, was highlighted on the verified Facebook page of the Dunwoody Police Department.

According to authorities, Vladisalv Orzhekhovskiy told a store employee that his child was in a car seat in the car while he was shopping.

Orzhekhovskiy was arrested at 5:58 p.m., and released on bond at 10:40 p.m. the same day.

He was charged with disorderly conduct, and for stopping, standing or parking in a prohibited space.
