Georgia State Patrol said an officer noticed a suspicious pickup truck with a trailer at the state capitol and initiated a traffic stop. The driver stopped initially before fleeing the scene, which led to a chase on I-20 eastbound, according to authorities.

The truck then hit another car, causing the truck to overtu on its driver side and burst into flames.
